This was a fun photograph to take. Reaching out to the horse to reassure it that the camera was not something to be afraid of.. I saw my reflection in the horse's eye so I switched to macro mode and got up real close..
I think it came out well. Cropped, rotated slightly and applied unsharp mask.. |

It is really lovely, the soft colors, the sky reflected and the reddish brow, the eye looks like liquid metal, or a magic living window to your world, and the earth seem to be of the same color as the mantle of the horse. Also his wrinkles add to the kindness he expresses.
